Our Process
  • Comprehensive Pre-Detail Inspection – Before we begin, we conduct a thorough video documentation of your aircraft, capturing its current condition and identifying any existing damages or issues inside and out. This ensures complete transparency and allows us to address any concerns before starting the detailing process.

  • Reviewing the Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) – Every aircraft has specific cleaning and maintenance guidelines. We carefully review the AMM to follow manufacturer-approved procedures, ensuring that all detailing work aligns with industry standards and does not compromise any critical components.

  • Securing Sensitive Areas – Aircraft have delicate systems that require meticulous care. We take extra precautions to protect static ports, sensors, antennas, and other sensitive areas, preventing any interference with the aircraft’s operational integrity.

  • Precision Detailing Begins – With all necessary precautions in place, our team begins the detailing process, meticulously cleaning and restoring every surface inside and out. From exterior polishing to deep interior sanitation, we ensure your aircraft looks and feels pristine, ready for its next flight.

  • Post-Service Aircraft Report – At the end of our service, you will receive a detailed report documenting the condition of your aircraft, any issues noted, and the work performed. This provides complete transparency and helps maintain a record of your aircraft’s care and upkeep.

Exterior Detailing

  • Thorough Wash of the Exterior Body – We perform a meticulous wash of the aircraft’s exterior body, removing dirt, grime, and any environmental contaminants. This ensures your plane is free of debris while maintaining the integrity of its surface.

  • Waxing for a Protective Layer – After the wash, we apply a high-quality wax to the aircraft’s exterior, giving it a shiny finish while adding a layer of protection against dirt, water, and UV rays.

Interior Detailing

  • Lavatories – We thoroughly clean and disinfect the lavatories, ensuring hygiene and freshness throughout. We also check and replenish any supplies such as toiletries and towels, maintaining the luxury standard.

  • Seats – We clean and treat the seats with the appropriate materials for leather or fabric to restore their appearance, remove stains, and ensure comfort for your passengers.

  • Carpets – The carpets are vacuumed and shampooed, removing dirt, debris, and stains, ensuring the interior remains fresh and comfortable.

  • Windows – We meticulously clean the windows, both inside and out, ensuring optimal clarity for passengers and the crew.

  • Teak Polishing (if applicable) – For any aircraft with teak wood finishes, we polish and treat the surfaces to maintain their rich, lustrous appearance while preserving the integrity of the wood.

  • Doors – All internal and external doors are cleaned, including the handles and hinges, ensuring smooth functionality and a polished look.

  • Cockpit Floor – We clean and vacuum the cockpit floor, ensuring the area is spotless, while also carefully dusting the cockpit control panels, avoiding any interference with their operation.

  • Storage Compartments and Overhead Bins – We thoroughly clean all storage compartments, overhead bins, and any areas where personal items are stored, ensuring a tidy and organized cabin.

  • Tray Tables – We sanitize and wipe down all tray tables, ensuring a clean and presentable surface for passengers.

  • Wall Panels and Surfaces – We clean the walls and all accessible surfaces to maintain a fresh and inviting environment for everyone aboard.

  • Lighting Fixtures – We carefully clean the lighting fixtures and overhead panels, ensuring they are free of dust and smudges.

  • Aroma Control – We ensure the cabin has a subtle, refreshing aroma, creating a luxurious and welcoming environment for travellers.

  • Galley (If Applicable) – We thoroughly clean and sanitize the galley, including all countertops, drawers, silverware, glassware, and appliances, ensuring the area is spotless and ready for use. If your aircraft doesn't have a galley, we focus on all other areas to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.

  • Restocking - We restock bathroom supplies, water, refreshments, snacks and more, if requested.

A Focus on Safety

Safety Measures for Aircraft Detailing

  • Grounding the Aircraft: Ensuring the aircraft is properly grounded before any detailing begins.

  • Power Sources Off: Ensuring all power sources are turned off, making the aircraft safe to approach and work on.

  • Engine Protection: Installing engine blanks (covers or plugs) to prevent water or cleaning agents from entering the engine during the washing process. Ensuring the engine has cooled down before installation, and making sure the blanks fit securely.

  • Pitot Head Covers: Placing covers over the pitot tubes, ensuring they are securely attached to avoid dislodging during washing.

  • Static Vent Covers: Covering the static vents with appropriate covers to prevent water from entering.

  • Sealing External Openings: Sealing or covering external openings, such as APU intakes, air vents, exhaust ports, and avionics bay vents, sensors, or antennas, to prevent water ingress.

  • Protecting Gear Doors: Ensuring gear doors are either closed or adequately protected to avoid water or cleaning solutions inside.

  • Window, Door, and Hatch Checks: Closing all windows, doors, and hatches, verifying the seals are intact and there are no leaks.

What We Don't Touch

  • Engines: Avoiding the interior of the engines, as this could pose risks to flight safety. Only the exterior around the engines is cleaned with minimal water.

  • Sensitive Flight Systems: Avoiding any areas related to avionics, flight control sensors, and other critical flight systems.

  • Cockpit Instruments: The cockpit control panels are only dusted and cleaned with the utmost care. We avoid cleaning or touching any buttons, switches, or equipment in the cockpit.

  • Critical Structural Components: Refraining from deep cleaning the critical structure or any parts directly related to aircraft performance and safety.

  • Sensitive Antennas and Vents: Not touching or cleaning sensitive antennas, static vents, or any other parts that could interfere with aircraft performance and safety.

  • Minimal Water Usage: Using the least amount of water necessary for exterior cleaning to avoid any water ingress into critical areas like engines and electronics.

By ensuring strict adherence to these guidelines, we guarantee the safety and integrity of your aircraft while providing exceptional detailing services.
