Our Process

Thorough Wash - A comprehensive wash removes dirt, grease, and contaminants from the aircraft’s surface, ensuring a clean slate for the coating application. Special attention is given to high-exposure areas like the underbelly, landing gear, and engine cowls. Sensitive areas such as avionics sensors, static ports, and vents are carefully covered and protected. We use the least amount of water possible to prevent any risk of water ingress into critical components.

Clay Bar Treatment - Using a high-grade clay bar to eliminate embedded contaminants like industrial fallout, brake dust, and pollutants that regular washing cannot remove. This step ensures a smooth surface for the ceramic coating to bond effectively.

Paint Correction - Polishing out minor scratches, swirl marks, and oxidation to restore the aircraft’s paint clarity and smoothness. This step is essential for achieving the highest gloss and enhancing the ceramic coating’s effectiveness.

Polishing - Refining the aircraft’s surface with specialized polishing compounds to enhance the shine and depth of the paint. This final step before coating ensures a mirror-like finish, maximizing the coating’s visual impact.

Surface Preparation - Wiping down the aircraft with a specialized aviation-safe cleaner or isopropyl alcohol solution to remove any remaining residues, oils, or polishing compounds. This step guarantees a perfectly clean surface for the coating to adhere to.

Ceramic Coating Application - Applying a high-grade aviation-certified ceramic coating systematically in small sections using a cross-hatch pattern. Buffing the coating to a flawless finish and ensuring even coverage for maximum protection and shine.

Curing Process - Allowing the coating to bond and harden over the surface, creating a durable, hydrophobic layer. The aircraft remains in a controlled environment to ensure optimal curing conditions.

Final Inspection & Report - Conducting a detailed inspection to verify even application and flawless finish. Providing a report outlining the process, maintenance recommendations, and durability expectations to ensure long-term protection.

Engine and Exhaust Protection - Engine intakes and exhausts are sealed using engine blanks to prevent any cleaning agents or moisture from entering, ensuring the aircraft's performance and safety are not compromised.
Minimal Water Usage - We use the least amount of water possible to prevent water ingress into critical aircraft components. Sensitive areas such as avionics sensors, static ports, and vents are carefully covered to eliminate any risk.
Adhering to Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) - We strictly follow manufacturer guidelines for cleaning and coating, ensuring that our process aligns with safety protocols and does not interfere with the aircraft's operation.
Specialized Aviation-Grade Products - Only certified aviation-safe cleaning and coating products are used to avoid any chemical interactions that could affect the aircraft’s paint, composites, or structural integrity.
Grounding the Aircraft - Before beginning any work, the aircraft is properly grounded to prevent static buildup, ensuring a safe environment throughout the process.
